- This modification is hereby amended to close at 3 PM EST on Tuesday March 5th, 2013. This extension allows for interested parties to attend a site visit at 11 AM EST on Monday, March 4th, 2013. Vendors interested in attending should arrive by 1045 at 1621 North Kent St, RPE 707 (7th floor), Arlington, VA 22209. You will be greeted in the elevator lobby of the seventh floor. Valid Idendtification is required. This modification also answers the following questions: 1. Do the site visits, quarterly visits and annual visits have to be separate? Answer: No, the quarterly visits can be combined with the the monthly site visit, and the annual can be combined with one of the quarterly visits. 2. There is confusion on items 8 and 10. Please clarify. Answer: Delete line item 10 entirely. 3. Is a different technician required for each piece of equipment? Answer: No, as long as the one techinician has alll of the proper certifications to work on each different piece of equipment.
