- SOLICITATION F3QCCM2303A002 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. F3QCCL2299A001. SERVICE REQUIREMENTS: 0001- provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services to setup and analyze monthly vibration monitoring data for 14 breathing and process air compressors Period of Performance: 1 year (12 months) Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). (1) The Comptroller General of the United States, or an authorized representative of the Comptroller General, shall have access to and right to examine any of the Contractor's directly pertinent records involving transactions related to this contract. If this contract is completely or partially terminated, the records relating to the work terminated shall be made available for 3 years after any resulting final termination settlement.
