- SUMMARY: In accordance with 37 CFR 404.7(a)(1)(i), The Department of the Army hereby gives notice of its intent to grant an exclusive license to Masley Enterprises, Inc., a Delaware corporation having a principal place of business at 2207 Concord Pike PMB 190, Wilmington, DE 19803-2908. The proposed license is a revocable, royalty bearing, exclusive license to practice and sell the inventions described and claimed in U.S. Patent No. 8,176,647 entitled, Hand Sizing Tool, describing a tool for determining the size of an individual's hand for the purpose of identifying an appropriately sized glove, and any corresponding foreign patents and patent applications that may be applied for and issued throughout the world. DATES: Anyone wishing to object to the grant of this license must file written objections along with supporting evidence, if any, not later than 15 days following the publication of this announcement.
