Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT: The USAF AFMC AFLCMC/HIK Contracting Office, located at Maxwell AFB-Gunter Annex AL, intends to award a sole source contract to SanSoft, Inc. located 1616 Westgate Circle, Suite 122, Brentwood, Tennessee, 37027 to renew the maintenance of proprietary VuPort/VuWin software in support of Automated Civil Engineer (ACES) and Interim work Information Management System (IWIMS) programs. Maintenance includes the right to receive and use all updates, enhancements and modifications to the programs licenses, which are released by SanSoft, Inc. as required, and technical support to provide end user developers access to their technical support line. The anticipated contract action is for software maintenance support for which the Air force intends to solicit and negotiate with SanSoft, Inc on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302. A Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract with an anticipated period of date of award through 31 Mar 2014 is contemplated. This is not a request for proposals or quotes.
