- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to procure on a sole source basis, technical and analytical support required to define, integrate, certify, plan and manage the development and delivery of Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF) systems from SOLUTE, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. SOLUTE is located at 4250 Pacific Highway Suite 211, San Diego, California, 9211-3222. This procurement is sole sourced based on FAR 6.302-5(b)(6), satisfying the requirement for sole source awards under the Veterans Benefit Act of 2003. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330. The solicitation issue date is 29 March 2013. The closing date is 30 April 2013. The anticipated award date is 15 June 2013.
