- The attached document is a DRAFT Performance Work Statement and is subject to changes. 1. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT TO BE USED FOR MARKET ANALYSIS IN DETERMINING THE AVAILABILITY OF POTENTIALLY INTERESTED PARTIES( $7 MILLION UNDER NAICS 532210). NO AWARDS WILL BE MADE FROM THIS SOURCES SOUGHT. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE ON FBO AT THIS TIME. THEREFORE, DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF A SOLICITATION. ALL RESPONSES WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE APPROPRIATE ACQUISITION STRATEGY FOR THE FUTURE ACQUISITION. 2. Ellsworth AFB, SD is seeking sources interested in a possible contract to provide Washer and Dryer Lease Services. The contractor shall provide management, materials (parts), labor, tools, transportation and equipment necessary to provide required supply and maintenance for equipment outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) below. Note, the PWS is a draft and is subject to minor changes. Equipment shall be maintained in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications on a recurring or non-recurring basis. The base period for the contract is 1 October 2013 or date of award, whichever is later, through 30 September 2014, with four (4) option years. 3. All interested parties are invited to provide the following information about your company/institution, or any teaming or joint venture partners. Interested parties are requested to submit product specifications that shall include: Contractor Information • Name • Address • Point of Contact (POC) • POC and product technical expert phone number(s) and email addresses • CAGE Code • Website, if applicable • A description of relevant product equivalency 4. Contractors capable of providing this product should submit product information within the guidelines stated above in paragraph three (3) via e-mail to the person(s) stated below in paragraph five (5). Any information provided by industry to the Government as a result of this sources sought synopsis is strictly voluntary. Responses will not be returned. No entitlements to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges to the Government will arise as a result of contractor submission of responses, or the Government's use of such information. The information obtained from industries responses to this notice may be used in the development of an acquisition strategy and future RFP. 5.
