Description

This is a notice of intent for the General Services Administration to solicit space for the U.S. Coast Guard in Louisville, KY from CK Real Estate, LLC, 300 Missouri Ave, Suite 102, Jeffersonville, IN 47130-3009, the current lessor. The Government will negotiate a sole source lease at the existing location, River Green Business Park, 2732 River Green Circle, Louisville, KY 40206-1086. This is due to the economic benefit i.e. relocation/moving of personal property, telelcommunication relocation, distruption, and tenant improvement costs which are not expected to be recovered through full and open competition. The government will negotiate with the current lessor to lease approximately 4,000 rentable square feet of boathouse and office space. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Occupancy is required on September 1, 2013. The term of the lease will be for five (5) years firm.
