Description
GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: UT City: Ogden, Clearfield, UT Delineated Area: Beginning at the North East corner of N Washington Blvd and W 2700 N NORTH Boundary - go west on W 2700 N to Interstate 15 WEST Boundary- go south on Interstate 15 to W 1800 N / Sunset. Go west to N 1000 W to W 2700 S / W Gordan Ave SOUTH Boundary - go east on W Gordan Ave to Interstate 15. Go south on Interstate 15 to E. Gentile St / Oak Hills Dr to US 89 EAST Boundary - US 80 north turns into UT 203. Continue north on UT203 to UT235 / N 400 E St /N Washington Blvd Ending at the beginning position of N. Washington Blvd and W 2700 N. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 16,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 16,250 Space Type: Warehouse with 250 s.f. office Parking Spaces (Total): 10 Parking Spaces (Surface): 10 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 5 years Firm Term: 1 year Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements: 1) Space must meet USAF Security requirements including set-backs. 2) The warehouse must have a minimum ceiling height of fourteen (14') feet 3) Warehouse must have at least one overhead door, but two doors are preferable allowing for drive-through of warehouse. 4) If no drive-through is available, a dock will be required. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100/500 year flood plain.
