- Sources Sought for HSCG79-13-R-PG8061 - CCTV System The US Coast Guard is seeking contractors interested in submitting proposals for the purchase of vessel CCTV System in support of USCGC HEALY, home port Seattle, Washington. This is a sources sought survey announcement targeting companies that can provide all necessary supplies for CCTV system that can withstand temperatures to negative 50 for arctic climates and must be Manchester Code compatible. CAPABILITIES: Product and Services 1 Above deck Cam- 07 Corrosion resistant High res color camera with at least 18x optical zoom/ and 12x digital zoom Low light performance down to.01 lux IP67 rated Temperature operating range -45 C to +60 C Thermostatic controlled window demister Manchester code enabled 2 Below deck dome camera- 07 36x optical zoom/16x digital zoom IP67 rated Low light performance to.05 lux Proportional pan/tilt speed control Manchester code enabled Corrosion resistant 3 Below deck fixed marine camera station- 44 High res of 540TVL 3-9mm direct drive varifocal lens IP66 4 Control equipment- 01 64 inputs 16 output Telemetry control keyboard with LCD display and 3axis joystick 5 Keyboard-09 Telemetry control keyboard with LCD display and 3axis joystick 6 Installation supervision, commissioning, harbour acceptance test and HAT report, including 2 engineers working aboard vessel for 7 days All responsible sources are requested to submit the following: Point of contact, address, phone number, fax number and e-mail address. Interested parties should submit a brief description of their capabilities to meet the requirements (ability to provide product and supervision of installation) along with identifying their business size. The business size shall include any applicable preference program (i.e. 8a, HUBZone, Disadvantaged, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, small business). Interested parties should provide proof of their capabilities to provide these products by providing a copy of their most recent price list.
