Ft. (ABOA): 13,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 14,000 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): As required by code Parking Spaces (Surface): As required by code Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Option Term: Renewal Term Optional Additional Requirements: N/A The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Virginia Beach, VA, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. If properties are submitted in response to this notice, they shall be submitted by the building's owner or authorized legal agent and shall include evidence of authority to act in this capacity. Offered properties shall reference Project No. 2VA0452. Expressions of Interest Due: March 25, 2013 Expressions of Interest shall include the following: 1. Building name and address 2. Available Rentable and ANSI/BOMA square feet 3. Rental Rate per Rentable and ANSI/BOMA square foot 4. Common Area Factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable 5.
