Description

Sources Sought only for Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) valid registration will be validated upon receipt of response to Source Sought Notice no other business will be considered at this time. This Sources Sought Notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. Summary of Requirement shall provide Custodial Services Triage/Emergency Department, Canteen Cafeteria, Retail Store, and Storerooms, Polytrauma Center, Community Living Center Area to include GEM Clinic, Sleep Lab (2 Floors),Spinal Cord Injury Center to include patient ward, Clinic, Physical Therapy, Recreation center, and Transition apartment. The contractor shall provide all labor and supervision; Supplies and equipment will be provided by the Government. Many of the areas requiring service are clinical in nature the government is requested capabilities statement with valid past performance involving clinical services. All inquiries on this action can be submitted in writing by email to Nakaura.yusuf2@va.gov, NO LATER THAN Thursday, March 7, 2013 at 3:00. The Contracting Officer will not be provided any telephonic responses. E-mail responses only included solicitation number in subject line of e-mail. This is NOT a request for Proposal and does NOT constitute any commitment by the Government. Responses to this Special Notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. This synopsis is not a solicitation announcement for proposal and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. The Government request capabilities statement to support contractor's ability to provide services is service areas listed.
