This requirement remains as a 'COMPETITIVE' OFFER, Set Aside (100%) for Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) under Public Law 109-461 (U.S.C. 8127). This amendment (A00003) posts answers to RFI(s)/Questions that were received by March 4, 2013. All other aspects of the solicitation dated January 25, 2013 will remain the same.
