- SPE4A7-13-R-0603 NSN: 1660-01-220-3917 PR 0048222131 Nomenclature: Duct Assembly, Air C Highest Priority: F16 Aircraft This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price, Definite Quantity Contact for a total quantity of 116 each. No option is included. This item shall be manufactured in in accordance with Drawing Number: 81755 16Y114 REVISION NR N DTD 09/19/1988 Part/Piece Number: 16Y114-801 Technical data package will be available upon solicitation issue. This solicitation will be 100% Set Aside for Small Business. A First Article Test requirement applies to this procurement. To be considered for a FAT Waiver, the contractor must provide a WAWF/DD250 from the last delivery within the last 3 years under this or a similar NSN. The following terms apply: Critical Application and Configuration Control Inspection/Acceptance: Origin FOB Point: Destination Higher level Inspection Requirements Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price Quantity: 116 EA Delivery Objective: First Article Test Sample Due: 240 Days After Receipt of Order Government Test and Evaluation: 120 Days Production Lot Units due: 180 Days After First Article Test Approved Total Delivery: 540 Days After Receipt of Order* ** If the First Article Test is waived, the Delivery Objective will be 180 Days. DLA Direct, Stock Buy: Hill AFB This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023 Reverse Auction.
