- Read carefully and complete entirely. Without a certifying signature the quote will not be evaluated or considered for award. The General Services Administration, Heartland Supply Operations Center, is posting a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a special order item. This RFQ is a brand name or equal requirement and required salient characteristics can be found attached. This order is high priority and will require shipping direct to Afghanistan. Please include this freight cost in the price of your quote (prices requested on a FOB Destination bases). Vendors are requested to provide their best delivery leadtime. Quotes submitted without leadtimes will not be considered for award. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. Please find attached the RFQ including salient characteristics.
