Description
SOURCES SOUGHT: The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, West Palm Beach, Florida has a requirement for complete maintenance and repair services on all existing Philips Imaging Equipment located throughout the medical center as identified below. Services are to be performed by manufacturer-trained service engineers and all equipment shall be maintained to manufacturer's specifications. Currently Existing Equipment: 1)(3) Easy Diagnost Eleva DRF's to include two X-Ray tubes, one 38 cm Image Intensifier, and one Flat detector and Wall stand 2)(3) Digital Diagnost system including one X-Ray tube, two Flat detector and Wall stand as configured. 3)(2) Digital Diagnost system including one X-Ray tube, one Flat detector and Wall stand as configured. 4)(2) Intera 1.5T MRI 5)Big Bore Gemini PET/CT 6)Brillance CT Big Bore Oncology Scanner 7)Allura Xper FD20 Angio system Additional Requirements: 1)Provide service calls 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays. After hours emergency service will be billed at prevailing rates. 2)Preventive maintenance shall include service designed to reduce product failure and extend the useful life of the system. This service shall include items such as cleaning, lubrication, calibration, inspection, testing and parts. 3)Response time: 1 hour by telephone, 4-hour on-site service response. Emergency on-site response will be provided within 4 hours of telephone call. Emergency is defined as a non-functioning system. 4)Updates: Provided at no cost for all items. 5)Contractor must have twenty-four (24) hour access to all needed parts. 6)Contractor shall provide evidence of factory training for each service engineer upon request. 7)Contractor shall provide evidence of factory training for each service technician upon request. 8)Contractor shall provide certification in the form of technical documentation, original invoice, or service documentation that the quality of updates and upgrades is sufficient to guarantee continued performance and operation of the system to manufacturer's specifications.
