- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Sheridan, Oregon, plans to issue a Request for Quote, # RFQP06121300015, for the provision of subsistence products (canned foods, beverages, cheese, pasta and spices, etc. The NAICS code for this requirement is 311999; the small business size standard is 500 employees, and the required delivery due date is May 1, 2013. The Government will award to the responsible party whose quote conforming to the solicitation, is most advantageous to the Government based on best value. Best value will be determined by evaluating each quotation for one or more of the following: price and past delivery performance. Any contractor interested in obtaining a contract award with the Federal Bureau of Prisons must be registered at www.ccr.gov. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a written offer which will be considered for award. The solicitation will be available on or after March 07, 2013 with an anticipated response date of March 21, 2013, 12:00 p.m. local time. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site www.fedbizopps.gov Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available.
