Description

The subject Pre-solicitation notice is being posted to notify interested vendors regarding a forthcoming solicitation that is planned to be posted shortly. The proposed solicitation concerns the purchase of television media advertising services to aid in recruitment of veterans and their spouses for a research study being conducted at the Philadelphia VA Medical Center. Seeking veterans of the military in Iraq or Afghanistan, ages 25-49 in greater Philadelphia area who are married or partnered to the same individual they were with prior to their last combat deployment.
