- ITEM: Test Set, Pneumatic NSN: 4920-01-325-8746RN Part Number: 20-10/ 20-100 Test set, pneumatic is used to perform pressurization, purging and leakage test operations on the attack radar and terrain following radar systems and the countermeasures receiving set. It is part of the support equipment for the F-16 aircraft, and F111A aircraft (Aardvark). The nitrogen supply cylinder is provided with a charging valve and a cylinder pressure gage. The cylinder is also equipped with a pressure release pop-off valve. Two flow meters are incorporated in the test set to provide a high leakage and low leakage measurement capability. It is 25"L x 15"W x 12"H and it weighs approximately 41 pounds. The requirement is for a basic quantity of nine (9) each and four (4) Option Periods. Option 1 is for a quantity range of 1-3 EA and is valid for 365 days. Option II is for a quantity range of 1-3 EA and is valid for 730 days. Option III is for a quantity range of 1-3 EA and is valid for 1,095 days. Option IV is for a quantity range of 1-3 EA and is valid for 1,460 days. Options may be exercised for Air Force (USAF), DoD, or FMS requirements. Assets will be shipped FOB origin DELIVERY: Place of delivery for basic quantity is 1 EA to FE4661, 6EA to DPK002, and 2EA to DKS007. Delivery is on or before 240 days ARO contract. Options will be delivered 240 days ARO exercise of option. The approximate RFP issue date will be Friday, March 21, 2013; proposals will be due Friday, April 22, 2013. The RFP will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation at www.fedbizopps.gov only. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED and no hard copies will be mailed out. This is a limited number of sources requirement that will be purchased from either LOBO Ventures, LTD or Celtech Corporation in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One or a Limited Number of Responsible Sources, and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. All questions and answers will be uploaded to FBO. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. Based upon market research, the Government is not using policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested parties may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
