- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Washington City: Blaine Delineated Area: The Northern Boundary is the Canadian Border Line proceeding south on Washington State Highway 543 to H Street, then east to Odell Street, then south on Odell Street, continuing on a perpendicular line that intersects with Interstate 5, then southerly on Interstate 5 to Birch Bay Lynden Road to Portal Way heading north and continuing to Peace Portal Drive and then Interstate 5 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,735 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,408 Space Type: Office or Retail Parking Spaces (Reserved): 20 spaces Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: 5 years Additional Requirements: In addition to the parking requirements above, the offered location must provide access for semi-tractor trailers within reasonable walking distance. Approximately 7 semi-tractor trailers are expected to require access per day. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 500 year flood plain.
