- Specification List - TC Max Software with Peripherals and Service 1. License: TC Max Software with Air Force specific Module - QTY 50 2. 1 year support from date of contract award. Support to include the following: a. Unlimited telephone/email support and troubleshooting b. Software upgrades 3. Pocket PC Approved by Soaring Solutions and compatable with TC Max- QTY 11 4. Wired Barcode Scanner with 6' USB Cable for PC Plug-in - QTY 20 a. Minimum of 6 ft USB cable b. With stand for scanner c. With audible tone for correct scan d. Must be TC Max compatible 5. Label Printer. QTY 14 a. Must be able to print 3/8" adhesive labels b. Must be able to print Bar Codes c. Must be TC Max compatible 6. 2 Full day training sessions: Training will be conducted at Government's facility located on Malmstrom AFB. Training will cover the following: a. TC Max Administrative Set-up b. Tool room/boxes data input/set-up c. Operational usage training d. Supervisory tools and reports e. Pocket PC usage training f. Dashboard module training g. Training will be for approximately 50 individuals
