- The U.S. Government has a requirement for lodging services in support of the 2013 Panamax Main Planning Conference from 19-23 March 2013 located in Miami, Fl. This will be an unrestricted procurement under NAICS Code 721110. The size standard is $30M. It is the Government's intent to issue Firm-Fixed Price type contract resulting from this requirement. The requirement consists of the following services: 5 Parking Spaces, 125 Contracted Lodging Rooms, and Meals (125 Breakfasts, 55 Lunches, and 130 Dinners). The complete Solicitation with the Performance Work Statement will be released on or around 7 March 2013. Offerors should refer to the solicitation for details regarding the requirements. The solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities site at https://www.fbo.gov/. NOTE: Offers will not be accepted from any third party agencies. Proposals will be accepted directly from Hotels only. All responsible and responsive offers received prior to the closing date and time will be considered.
