- Solicitation Document OT Description The Department of Defense Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS) intends to award on a competitive basis, using simplified acquisition procedures, a contract for Occupational Therapies (OT) services in support of the Special Education Program located at Fort Jackson, SC. The period of performance is 19 March 2013 through 19 March 2014 with two option years. The solicitation number is HEVAS6-13-T-0003 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This action incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular, Class Deviation and DCN as of date of this solicitation.
