- Dynetics Technical Services, Inc. (DTS) is issuing a notice of intent to solicit from Virtual Computing Environment (VCE) only or their authorized resellers for a Sole Source RFQ, without discussion or announced notice of award. VCE hardware only, No Substitutions will be acceptable. The equipment will provide Vblock redundant AMP. The project is managed at Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) AL. The procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested per the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) and are located in the attached files which also include Representations and Certifications, Dynetics Technical Services, Inc. (DTS) Terms and Conditions, a detailed specification list, Attachment A and a Vendor Profile form to be completed if no contracts between vendor and DTS have been previously awarded. Interested parties have three (3) days including this publication date of the Synopsis/RFQ to submit their proposal to the undersigned at the Internet Address or fax number listed below. All uploaded attachments must be completed and are considered a part of the RFQ. It is the vendors responsibility to monitor this site for the release of solicitation amendments (if any). Responses received without the required information will be considered non-responsive to the Synopsis/RFQ. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this Synopsis/RFQ. This solicitation is 508 exempt.
