- Market Research Survey This RFI is for sealift services between Jacksonville, FL and U.S. Naval Staion Guantanamo Bay, Cuba (GTMO) and is being issued by USTRANSCOM. There is no solicitation package available at this time. USTRANSCO/TCAQ-I is seeking sources that may be able to provide both break-bulk and intermodal container service including terminal handling, all sevedoring, loading and discharging. Please review the attached RFI/Market Research Survey and respond by 15 March 2013 at 4:00pm CT. We previously sent the attached questions as an RFI in Janauary 2012. If you previously provided information and this information has not changed, please respond stating that "Previously provided information is still valid."
