Description
FSA Digital Web Style Guide ISE Component Diagram Draft ISE Statement of Objectives (SOO) ISE Phase I Solicitation ISE Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Document Solicitation for Integrated Student Experience Synopsis Notice Solicitation Number: ED-FSA-13-R-0013 Notice Type: Combined Solicitation/Synopsis Synopsis: This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued in accordance with EDAR 3415.302-70 for commercial items/services. This procurement will be conducted using the two-phase source selection procedures included in EDAR 3415.302-70 and this solicitation is current through FAC 05-66, dated February 28, 2013. Phase I of the solicitation process will NOT result in a contract award. The Contracting Officer will select Phase I offerors that are eligible to participate in Phase II of the source selection process. At the end of Phase II, this requirement may result in the award of one IDIQ and a firmed fixed price task order (TO) type contract(s) for the operations, maintenance and enhancement support of Integrated Student Experience's Website. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for Phase I; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued aside from the attached document entitled ED-FSA-13-R-0013. Some of the transition will occur at the Government site and the remainder of the services shall be performed at the contractor's facility. The ordering period is intended to be from effective date of the contract through five (5) years. In accordance with section 4.2 in the attached RFP # ED-FSA-13-R-0013: Proposals must be received by the U. S. Department of Education, Federal Student Aid (FSA) on or before the due date and time specified in the solicitation. Only information received on or before the due date and time may be considered for award. Any proposal or part thereof, received after the due date and time, may be deemed late and may not be considered for award. Proposals must be submitted to the following email address: Pennie Summers - pennie.summers@ed.gov with a copy to Todd Anthony - todd.anthony@ed.gov Mailed and / or facsimile proposals shall not be accepted. Please see the attached RFP # ED-FSA-13-R-0013 for further details on this requirement.
