- Redacted Cisco J&A Full Guam - Cisco Equipment - Combination Synopsis / Solicitation This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation # DNSMC30131 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-66. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference have the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The NAICS code is 334111 "Electrical Computer Manufacturing" and the business size standard is 1000 employees. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Hubzone small business set-aside. Quotes shall be submitted no later than 12:00 PM Eastern Time on 15 March 2013.
