Description

Statement of Work J&A The United States Capitol Police (USCP) intends to contract using other than full and open competition for the following services: Maintenance, Support Services and Life Cycle Refresh for the newly purhcashed USCP P25 Digital Simulcast Land Mobile Radio System (LMR). The requested services set forth in this notice are in accordance with the attached USCP Statement of Work and Motorola standardize Statement of Work (SOW). The service products listed herein can also be found at www.motorola.com/fedgov/omterms. System Management Services Security Update Services (Platinum) Technical Support Services Network Monitoring Services ASTRO Customer Technician Dispatch Infrastructure Repair with Advance Replacement THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS. However, interested firms that believe it is capable of meeting the USCP requirement must submit technical documentation or proposal to the USCP. This document must be submitted to the POC within five days of the electronic posting of this notice. Telephone requests will not be honored. Information received will normally be Considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement or to proceed on a sole source basis. The anticipated award date is March 19, 2013. This requirement is a commerical acquisition using Commerical Acquisition procedures referenced in FAR Part 12. The resulting contract will be a Firm Fixed Price contract to Motorola Solutions, Inc. The contract will consist of a base year of twelve (12) months and four (4) one-year option periods. Note: This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, does not restrict the Government in its ultimate acquisition approach or obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs. The Government reserves the right to change, delete or cancel this requirement at any time. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334220 with a small business standard of 750 employees. Interested vendors who may wish to seek subcontracting opportunties should contact the above named company directly.
