- This pre-solicitation notice is to notify prospective offerors that seek an unredacted version of Attachment 1 to submit their request, via email, to the Contracting Officer, at lori.lawson@hq.dhs.gov, and the Contract Specialist, at justin.briones@hq.dhs.gov and matthew.robertson@hq.dhs.gov. Requests must be received by Friday, March 8, 2013. All prospective offerors who have not previously submitted a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for this Solicitation shall include a signed NDA with their request. Requests for an unredacted version of Attachment 1 will not be considered if either an NDA was not previously received by the prospective offeror, or an NDA is not included in the prospective Offeror's request.
