- This is a synopsis notice for purchase of the following item: This requirement is to develop and deliver Test Requirements Documents for all redesigned ALR-56C LRU and SRUs. TRDs will be delivered to Robins AFB, GA 31099 with inspection and acceptance to be accomplished at Destination. Data deliverables will be the TRDs, Accident/Incident Report, Status Reports, Conference Agenda, Conference minutes, Data Accession List, and Management Plan. All deliverables will be inspected/accepted at Destination. The period of performance will be 18 months. The RFP will be issued on a sole source basis to BAE, CAGE 81413 via auithority 10 USC 2304(c)(1), due to BAE being the only company who possesses the data, skills, special equipment, and facilities required to develop the TRDs. The solicitation is expected to be issued approximately 26 Mar 2013, with responses due by 4:00 p.m. EST, 22 Apr 2013. The RFP will be posted at www.fedbizopps.gov.
