- This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. A separate written solicitation N63394-13-T-5058 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on or after March 7, 2013 in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.202(12). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-66 and Defense Acquisition Circular 20130228. Required Items and Descriptions are as follows: Item 0001: One Thrane & Thrane SAILOR 500 FleetBroadband Terminal or equivalent. The Government intends to make a single award to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the government considering price and other factors. The following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offerors must be active in the System for Award Management (SAM) in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted proposal. Solicitation will be available on or after March 7, 2013. The solicitation (Request for Quotation), when it is released will be available electronically at the following websites http://www.neco.navy.mil/, http://www.fedbizopps.gov/, and http://www.fedbid.com/ under solicitation N63394-13-T-5058. Offers must be received no later than 4:00pm, Pacific Standard Time of solicitation closing date. The closing date will be in the solicitation issued.
