- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. CLOSED CELL, EXPANDING, SPRAY FOAM INSULATION, FOAM TO INCLUDE INSTALLATION. FOAM TO BE SPRAYED ON THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS BY PROFESSIONAL INSTALLER. BUILDING 180. 2 walls-16 FT X 60 FT 5 walls-10 FT X 51 FT 1 ceiling-7 FT X 60 FT TOTAL SFT: 4,890 SFT All locations are to be sprayed to a maximum of 5 inches depth to an R value of no less than 20. Vendor will need approximately 150-200 feet of hose to reach all areas that require foam insulation. Sprayed foam must withstand 125 degree temperatures.
