Description

The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under solicitation number VA786-13-R-0128 for the following service: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, and supplies necessary to raise, realign, re-set, clean headstones and turf renovation at Wood National Cemetery, Milwaukee, WI 53295 63125 from date of Notice to Proceed through 240 Calendar days. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawings, terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. (SDVOSB) The NAICS Code is 812220. Size standard of $19.0 million is applicable. Performance and Payment bonding IS required in order to be considered for award. Evaluation criteria for this award will be in the following descending order: 1) Past Performance, 2) Technical, 3) Price. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or around March 7, 2013. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m., March 21, 2013. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the solicitation which is available at Fed Biz Opps.
