- RFQ The National Science Board (NSB) intends to have its annual Award Ceremony and Dinner on Thursday, May 9, 2013 at the U.S. State Department Reception Room. The evening consists of a reception, sit-down dinner and awards ceremony that will be held from 6:30pm-10:00pm. The NSB requires catering services for the evening, to include: food and beverages, and other services. NOTICE: ONLY U.S. Department of State Approved Caterers will be eligible for award. The U.S. Department of State has an approved list of caterers who are authorized to provide catering services within the State Department building. Only caterers on the approved list will be eligible for award. Please see the attached RFQ DACS13Q2113 for the full list of vendor responsibilities and proposal requirements.
