- REQUIREMENT: The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Farm Service Agency (FSA) in Fort Sumner, New Mexico is interested in leasing approximately 2,473 of contiguous rentable square feet (RSF) of first class, high quality office space together with 20, on-site, paved parking spaces. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 2,150 ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet (OASF). Specific Information Technology requirements apply. Preference will be given to first floor space. This solicitation amends solicitation number: USDA-FSA-DeBacaCounty-NM, posted on December 3, 2012. LEASE TERM: The term of the lease will be for 10 years. DELINEATED AREA: To be considered, office location MUST be within the city limits of Fort Sumner, New Mexico, (also must be located within De Baca County). OCCUPANCY: Space to be ready for occupancy within nine (9) months after lease award. OTHER: Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter of ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the offeror is representing more than one property, the offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of the owner. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1. Building Name and Address or Site Location and Address 2. Location of space within the building 3. Rentable square feet offered and full-service rental rate per square foot 4. ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet, to be offered and expected rental rate per OASF, fully serviced. Indicate whether or not the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. 5. ANSI/BOMA Usable Square Feet and the Common Area Factor 6. Amount of parking available on-site 7. Building ownership information 8. Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building 9. List of building services provided 10. Contact information for Owner or Authorized Agent 11. Date of space availability WRITTEN NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF SPACE MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 5:00 P.M. EST ON APRIL 5, 2013.
