Description

The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under Solicitation No. VA786-13-R-0118 for the following service: This is a contract for cemetery custodial services at Massachusetts National Cemetery. The overall responsibility of the Contractor is to plan, coordinate, organize, manage, and perform the activities of "custodial services" described herein, which are required to maintain sanitation and an aesthetic appearance of the Cemetery Administration facility, and public and staff restrooms. The contractor shall be responsible for all work at the cemetery: Evaluation factors for this award are Technical Qualifications, Past Performance and Price. Technical and Past Performance are equally important and both are individually more important than Price. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The NAICS Code is 561720. Size standard is $14 million. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.fbo.gov on or about March 06, 2013. Responses to the solicitation are due on or about 2:00 P.M. on March 19, 2013. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at www.fbo.gov. Offerors are advised they are responsible for obtaining any amendments. Questions must be sent by email to Anna.Bzdyr@va.gov they will be accepted until March 07th at 3PM Eastern time. Proposals shall be formatted as directed in Sections E.2 and E.3 or may be deemed non-responsive and removed for further consideration.
