- The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) has a proposed a requirement for a three (3) year Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (MA IDIQ) contract in support of the Technical Information Engineering Services (TIES). The TIES program supports the U.S Army Research, Development, and Engineering Command (RDECOM), Communications-Electronics Research, Development, and Engineering Center (CERDEC), Intelligence and Information Warfare Directorate (I2WD). The support services to be acquired include technical, engineering, program management, prototype development, and fabrication and operations expertise in support of intelligence, electronic warfare and information system development. The contract will call for non-personal services encompassing all elements of the acquisition cycle. Support areas include mission analysis, concept exploration, prototype development, equipment integration, technology demonstration/validation, full-scale engineering development, test and evaluation, fabrication/prototyping, and fielding. The associated NAICS code for this effort is 541712. THIS POSTING DOES NOT CONSTITUTE ANY FORMAL SOLICITAION OR RFP. Rather, this posting constitutes an update to the anticipated release of the TIES Draft RFP. The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) anticipates a Draft RFP release date in early April 2013. The TIES acquisition is still within the internal Army review and approval cycle, and this estimated release date is subject to change. Upon the official issuance of Solicitation No. W15P7T-13-R-A204, proposals must be submitted within forty-five (45) days.
