- Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation, Northern California Area Office, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with ESA International LLC for EasyPower software support/subscriptions under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). A sole source justification has been prepared in support of this acquisition. Firms believing they can provide the supplies above must provide written notification to the Contracting Officer with supporting evidence to that effect in sufficient detail to demonstrate the respondent's ability to meet the stated requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals, but all responses received within 5 calendar days of the date of publication of this notice will be evaluated by the Government for consideration in future requirements. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Solicitation R13PS23011 will be posted to http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about March 7, 2013. The date for receipt of quotations shall be on or about March 17, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. pacific standard time. All quotations shall be submitted via e-mail to lcosta@usbr.gov. No quotation shall be accepted via IDEASEC. The solicitation shall be downloaded at the above website; no paper copy of this solicitation will be distributed. Prospective contractors MUST be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam.gov to be eligible for award.
