SOW and Task Requirements THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. A SOLICITATION IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. The U.S. Department of Commerce, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), is soliciting for capability statements from all interested Small Business parties who can provide Time Scale, Primary Frequency Standard, and Two-Way and GPS Time Transfer Support for the Time and Frequency Division, per the attached Statement of Work (SOW), located at NIST in Boulder, Colorado. The NAICS code for the proposed acquisition is 541690, Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services, and the Small Business size standard is $14M. NIST is requesting examples of related measurement data and resume showing the ability to meet the task requirements identified in the attached SOW. All interested parties shall submit an electronic response package no later than Wednesday, March 13, 2013, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
