- This pre-solicitation notice is for Custodial Services in Culpeper Minutemen Memorial USARC, 1821 Industry Street, Culpeper VA. The pending solicitation number will be W15QKN-13-T-5032. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to provide contracted services. The proposed action is a Firm Fixed Price Contract with a period of performance of 15 April 2013 through 14 April 2014 with a base plus 4 option years. This acquisition is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 561720, size standard of $16.5 Million. Prospective Contractors must be registered on System for Award Management (SAM), www.sam.gov. The solicitation will be posted on or around 15 March 2013 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The due date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-66. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in SAM.
