- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is W91ZLK-13-T-0018. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect though Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-65. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order for nine (9) each Modular Protection Barrier Systems and training. This requirement will be procured as a 100% small business set-aside on Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI). The Associated North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 332311 and the Business Size Standard is 500.
