Attachments A & B Attachment C COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ); solicitation number is H92240-13-T-2034. A Firm Fixed Price contract is contemplated. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-66 effective 28 February 2013. North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) 722320 with a Standard Business Size of $7.0 million applies to this procurement. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for Small Business Concerns. DESCRIPTION: CATERING SERVICES Catering Services for 10 days; Contractor shall provide 28 meals for 81 personnel, breakfast, lunch and dinner in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Caterer must provide an on-site executive chef to prepare and present all meals, provide all necessary plastic ware (plates, bowls, utensils, cups, and napkins and is responsible for all set up, clean up, sanitation, and trash removal for all meal services. Caterer must have the capability to provide services at Camp Morena, California. Scope: The primary purpose of this effort is to provide Catering Services for 81 personnel, a total of 28 meals to include breakfast, lunch and dinner.
