- Attachment 8-Quarterly Report Template Attachment 7-ICD2 Attachment 6-ICD1 Attachment 5-Non-Disclosure Agreement Attachment 4-IDIQ Pricing List Attachment 3-Past Performance Questionnaire Attachment 2-RFP Questions Form Attachment 1-Statement of Requirements RFP HSHQDC-13-R-00005 The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Procurement Operations (OPO), in support of the Domestic Nuclear Detection Office (DNDO), requires Basic Handheld Radiation Detection/Identification Systems. To obtain these items to support DNDO and other interested DHS Operating Components, OPO is conducting a full and open competition. OPO intends to award one or more than one single award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts from this Solicitation for commercial items under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, 'Acquisition of Commercial Items.' The contract(s) resulting from this Solicitation will be available for use throughout the entire Department and its Operating Components. Any questions on this Solicitation must be sent no later than 2:00pm Eastern Time, Tuesday, March 12, 2013, as specified in the Solicitation. It is the Respondent's responsibility to periodically review this website for notices, amendments, updates, questions, answers and changes to the posted information.
