- Amendment 0006 The purpose of Amendment 0006 is to correct information. Amendment 0006 allows contractors that submitted a proposal prior to 29 January 2013, to modify their proposal. Amendment 0006 is not intended to allow contractors that have not previously proposed an opportunity to submit a new proposal. Proposals that are received from contractor's that have not previously submitted a proposal will not be considered.
