- The synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is a single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access the information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a sole source basis Carlisle Interconnect Technologies manufactured cabling assemblies in accordance with the below listed part numbers and attached spec drawings This equipment is highly specialized and customized for the NSWCDD system. Any substitution would result in duplication of effort in retesting, redesigning, and rebuilding of the systems. The cabling part numbers are as follows: Cable Assy Input “ P/N: 93513 Rev D Cable Phase Matched Element “ P/N: 93516 Rev E Set of 4 Phase Assy “ P/N: 93893 Rev B The sole source is for Carlisle Interconnect Technologies manufactured equipment at 6801 S 180th St, Tukwila, WA. Quotation from authorized distributors, resellers, and representatives will be accepted and considered if provided with proof of authorization from Carlisle Interconnect Technologies (i.e.: listed on Carlisle authorized list or document from Carlisle IT verifying authorization status and signed by Carlisle IT, etc.) Please include any shipping/freight costs for FOB Destination Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 13. The order shall be firm fixed price. DFAR 252.232-7003 (Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports) is applicable to this purchase. Pricing should be FOB Destination to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, 6220 Tisdale Road, Suite 159, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). Offerors may obtain information on registration in the CCR by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the Internet at https://www.ccr.gov. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUES THE ONLY REQUEST FOR QUOTATION, AS ALL ITEMS ARE IDENTIFIED UNDER THIS NOTICE AND WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Quote is due 18 March 2013, no later than 12:00 p.m. (local NSWCDD time) with an anticipated award date by 18 April 2013. Quotes may be submitted by Email in Microsoft Word or Adobe pdf format to daniel.belcher@navy.mil or by Fax to: 540-653-0592.
