- Description
- This is a Sources Sought Synopsis being conducted pursuant to FAR Part 10, Market Research. This is for planning purposes only and there is no solicitation available at this time. This is an initial step in the planning process to acquire support for the following requirement: Provide unclassified data migration services relating to Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relations (CRM), System Query Language (SQL), and SharePoint databases. The current SharePoint database is operating via 2007 Standard and will be migrated to a SharePoint 2010 enterprise environment. The contractor will perform data cleansing, data migration, and data verification testing against the new system. The data migration, which consists of 400 gigabytes, shall be completed within 5 days upon execution start date. Up to 45 days of planning will be allowed. The 2nd Contracting Squadron at Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana, seeks potential sources that can perform the required service. All potential offerors capable of performing this effort are invited to respond with capability packages no later than 21 March 2013. All potential offerors shall provide information sufficient enough to allow the Government to assess their capability to provide the required support, to include past/current performance under existing Government contracts. Any information provided as a result of this sources sought is voluntary and the Government will not pay for any information submitted. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) is 518210, Computer Data Storage Services, which has a small business size standard of $25 million. This sources sought should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose, nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach.
