- Solicitation Package The agencies listed section C.1.2 are in need of conifer seed used to restore and reforest their lands and for tree improvement/seed orchard development work. The agencies listed section C.1.2 are also in need of scion and pollen for tree improvement/seed orchard development. The purpose of this solicitation is to secure commercial services for the harvest of scion, mature pollen, and mature seed cones in areas prescribed by the terms of this BPA. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies, and incidentals (except those designated as Government furnished listed in section C.3) to perform all work necessary to select trees (if required) and to pick, bag, label, and deliver cones, scion, or pollen to delivery points. The Contractor assumes all risks of loss or damage to his/her equipment and injury to self or employees.
