Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 20, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) (single source), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Advanced Sterilization Products Services, Inc. for the following services: Annual maintenance agreement for Sterrad NX, Sterrad 100NX sterilizers and Evotech Scope Washers at the Boise Medical Center, Idaho. NAICS 339112 applies. Period of Performance is Date of Award to 09/30/13 with two option years through 9/30/15. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company can provide authorized on-site full service maintenance and necessary OEM parts on the described equipment. Responses must be received no later than 4:30 pm on March 14th, 2013. All responses must be e-mailed to Wesley.Forgey@va.gov.
