- The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (USFWS) in Portland Oregon intends to award a fixed-price purchase order under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedure, for the acquisition of a stainless steel self-contained side gate to assist in managing the discharge flow from the steelhead raceways at Hagerman National Fish Hatchery, Hagerman, Idaho, 83332. The vendor needs to manufacture a stainless steel slide gate according to the Statement of Work specifications that will fit into the existing keyway and delivered to the Hatchery by June 3, 2013.
