Description

This is a notice of intent of the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) to negotiate a sole source contract with Visual Statement 175 Second Ave Suite 900, Kamloops, BC,V2C5W1, Canada. Visual Statement is the only known source able to provide Vista TPM FX3 CSI renewal Advanced part number VS002005 and Upgrade to EdgeFX Advanced with Smart Dongle part number VS00183. This requirement will result in a (12) month Firm-Fixed price contract to Visual Statement. This requirement has a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 334614. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL AND NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. Interested parties have five (3) Calendar Day or until March 14, 2013 at 12:00PM EST to respond. Responses should be submitted in writing, to the identified point of contact, with clear and convincing evidence of their capability to provide the required service. Such qualifications and/or capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. Responses received after March 14, 2013 at 12:00PM EST, or without the required information, will be considered non-responsive to this sole source notice and will not be considered. A determination by the Government not to conduct this effort as a full-and-open competitive procurement, based upon responses to this notice, this is solely within the Government's discretion. All inquiries must be submitted in writing to Keeyada Dickens, Contract Specialist. Responses to this notice must be received by 12:00PM EST, after March 14, 2013. Responses must include your business name, point of contact, address, and telephone number with area code. Telephone requests or inquiries will not be accepted. Requests may be emailed to keeyada.dickens.ctr@navy.mil. If no responses are received, an award will be made to Visual Statement.
