- Perform Maintenance (Preventive and Corrective) on MedRad Stellant D Injector 1.Overview The Contractor for the Sheridan VA Medical Center in Sheridan, Wyoming shall supply Predictive Maintenance(PM) that includes calibration certification, Travel, Labor, and Parts, MedRad Product hardware and Software Updates, PMs will be performed during normal duty hours (8:ooam-5:00pm M-F), 90 day warranty on work performed, Corrective Maintenance will include 24 X7 Telephone Support and 90 day warranty. PREDICTIVE MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE. Contractor shall perform Predictive Maintenance on the Product(s) during the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday (PM Hours) unless otherwise indicated in the terms of this Agreement. Contractor will performed Predictive Maintenance within the first sixty (60) days of the effective date of the Agreement or within twelve (12) months from the last PM, unless otherwise agreed. Contractor will perform the agreed to number of Predictive Maintenance visits within the effective dates of the Agreement when requested by the customer as a result of the PM Due Message being displayed on the operator console, or during the initial visual inspection of the unit, unless otherwise agreed. All work performed outside duty hours (Overtime) must be preapproved by proper management official. (FMS Service Chief) PREDICTIVE MAINTENANCE (PM). Predictive Maintenance includes a complete inspection, calibration (if applicable), cleaning and maintenance of the Product(s) to ensure proper operation and lubrication; Functional check of all primary and backup systems including measurement of leakage current. This work also includes Installation of all MEDRAD mandatory software or hardware upgrades to improve Product reliability or performance; Inspection and repair of all standard MEDRAD cables, cord reels, plugs and wiring. 2.Equipment Warranty: Contractor shall warrant all materials, labor and service provided hereunder are warranted to be free of defects in material or workmanship for the longer of the term of this agreement or ninety (90) days from the date provided. Contractor's obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing any part of the products sold under this agreement that we agree is defective in materials or workmanship under normal use and service during the warranty period. 3.List of Equipment a.MedRad Spectris Solaris EP ser# 40499 b.MedRad Stellant D dual Syringe ser# 31203 c.MedRad Stellant Support System
